Michael Pavlou, the founder of Bush Flowers in Carlton North (2019), has over twenty years of experience in the flower industry. He grows and sells his favorite flower, banksias, on his farm in northern Victoria. The Australian firewheel tree, Stenocarpus sinuatus, is his other favorite flower.
